Created attachment 53620 [details] Sample File I hav a spreadsheet where i use formel to set values. I use the printrange for set some range for printing. in the Sample File I have formel on page 1 and 2. but data where only show on page 1
I can't see any problem with Server installation of Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [(Build ID: 4f11d0a-adcf6d5-c4bb9bd)]" Windows_2008R2 - 111118), but may be I do not understand the problem. Steps to reproduce 1. open "error.ods" I see Contents in a range A2:G74, visible contents A2:A49, A50:A75 formulas show "" (nothing). Also Contents G2:G49, all visible 2. Menu 'File-> Print (All Tables, All Pages, Print Empty Pages unselected, Print range is $A$1:$F$286) Preview shows first page with 1 column contents and second page empty Expected: Print Page with contents in column 1 and second page with formulas showing nothing Actual: as expected. @Stefan Lindel: Please mention my comment in Bug 43087 and give more precise information
where can i get the LibO-dev 3.5.0
I use the stable version 3.4.4 My problem is that in the file data is visible in row 2-49 and the when i print the document with setting (do not print empty pages) libreoffice print 2 pages. equals when the save to pdf. I want to use the feature to dynamic use pages. So when i hav data for 2 pages, then the calc print 2 pages. when i have data for only 1 pages, calc print 1 page
After additional clarification per e-mail: Stefan Lindel wants that only pages with VISIBLE contents will be printed. But the setting in dialog _File -> Print -> LibO-Calc - Include Output of empty pages' decides whether EMPTY pages will be included, and a page with formulas is not empty. I agree, that might be a useful feature sometimes, but without more information, user scenarios, calculation how many users might need that and so on I doubt that this enhancement request will be fulfilled.
(In reply to comment #3) > So when i hav data for 2 pages, then the calc print 2 pages. when i have > data for only 1 pages, calc print 1 page With the latest libreoffice version (I use 4.3.0.2), it's easy to do what you need: 1. View - Page Preview mode; 2. Select column A:F, then right-click -> Define Print Range. Then, when you add more data below, the print range will enlarge accordingly. Set as WORKSFORME. @Stefan Lindel: if you still reproduce, feel free to set back to NEW.
