Problem description:
Horizontal scroll bars aren't drawn correctly and it's hard to use them as they don't react to mouse unless the pointer is on the upper edge of the scroll bar

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Libreoffice application
2. Zoom In until the horizontal scroll bar appears
3.

Current behavior:
Horizontal scrollbar isn't drawn correctly and not usable

Expected behavior:
It should be drawn correctly as the vertical one and be fully clickable.

Platform (if different from the browser):
ArchLinux
KDE 4.8 Beta1 (Bug present in previous releases as well)
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0.1

This issue is fixed for me now in KDE 4.8 RC2 and LibreOffice 3.4.5.

Thanks
