Writer Doc with picture to show the diapearing Alternative Name

Very simple:
Open the joined Writer Doc, check in the Picture the "options", the Alternative Name, who is present.
Change the Anchor Type off the picture.
Recheck the options and see that the Alternative name is disapeared and lost for ever !

reproduced in 3.3.4 and in 3.6.0 master on Fedora 64 bit
"Description" of picture disappears when change to any anchoring and this is not undoable

Still reproducible.

I inserted an image into a new document, added an alternative for text only, and changed the anchor from paragraph to page. The alternative field was blank. Undo did not recover it.

Isn't this a duplicate of Bug 39547, which was fixed in 2015 LibreOffice 5.0.0.)?
