a docx from live.com causing the described issue

When opening a downloaded doc from live.com , LibreOffice crashes.
Works fine in MS Office and AbiWord.
The document causing this is attached

This issue is also present on Linux Mint 12, LibreOffice version 3.4.4 , OOO340m1 build 402.
(That is a amd64 installation in KVM/Qemu)

This bug was still present in 3.6.2rc1 but got fixed (the attached document can be opened) in 3.6.2rc2. Additionally the attached document has similar timestamp differences as described in bug #49819 which got fixed between those builds. Thus marking as duplicate.
