We should try to use split buttons for all toolbar color choosers, for a longer
rationale, see: bug 45671.

How to get to see the button:
* open Impress or Draw
* open View > Toolbars and select Table
/Result/ Table toolbar opens.
* in the Table toolbar, click on the first icon, "Table"
/Result/ A table appears.
* in the Table toolbar, look for the Line Color button (icon: a line and a color bucket)

See that this button is a simple button, not a split button.
