file wich shows wrong behavior on rendering

Problem description: 
Images in attachment are replaced with new paragraph.

Steps to reproduce:
1. file is not created by me, was downloaded from islcollective.com
2. just open attachment and you will see.
3. in msword2010 displays ok.
4. when the file converted with help of http://www.doc.investintech.com/ looks more readable.

Current behavior: some formated images ignored

Expected behavior: images are needed to be shown

Platform (if different from the browser): Calculate Linux Desktop 11,12 amd64(Gentoo based).

Confirmed with LibO 3.4.5 on Windows XP / Vista 64.

Images (boxes - smart art?) on page one are replaced with empty paragraphs.

Not really good, but usable with LibO 3.5.1 Beta1, boxes and text are visible, but have no rounded edges etc.

Opened in LO 4.4.0.0a0+ from today and Word 2011 on OSX 10.9.4.

File looks identical.
