Non-Latin custom variables names are truncated for the files created in 3.4.5 and opened in 3.5.0.

Reproduce:
1. Open LO 3.4.5 and insert a picture.
2. Right click -> caption.
3. Use non-Latin (for example "Рисунок", Russian for picture) in category name.
4. Save as odt and open in 3.5.0
5. Check the variable name in Insert -> Fields -> Other.

See the attached odt file which exhibits the behavior and has the screenshots.
Also note, I have 3.4.5 running on Windows 7 x64 and 3.5 on Linux x64.
I consider this is a regression in comparison with 3.4.5.
