NOT rReproducible with reporter's sample and "LibreOffice 3.5.1.2 German UI/Locale [Build-ID: dc9775d-05ecbee-0851ad3-1586698-727bf66] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit), JPEG compression 90%, 600dpi.

@reporter:
Thank you for your report – unfortunately important information is missing.
May be hints on <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> will help you to find out what information will be useful to reproduce your problem? If you believe that that is really sophisticated please as for Help on a user mailing list
Please:
- Attach screenshots with comments if you believe that that might explain the
problem better than a text comment. Best way is to insert your screenshots
into a DRAW document and to add comments that explain what you want to show
- Contribute a step by step instruction containing every key press and every
mouse click how to reproduce your problem (due to example in Bug 43431)
– if possible contribute an instruction how to create a sample document
  from the scratch
- add information
  -- concerning your PC
  -- concerning your OS (Language)
-- concerning your LibO localization (UI language, Locale setting)
–- ALL Libo settings that might be related to your problems
-- how you launch LibO and how you opened the sample document
–- If you can contribute an OOo Issue that might be useful
-- everything else crossing your mind after you read linked texts

Even if you can not provide all demanded information, every little new information might bring the breakthrough.

May be you can test <https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/> for submitting bug reports?

I have the Windows Vista Professional, 32-bit, Polish.
I'm using the Polish version of the LibreOffice.
This document is written in Polish.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open ODT file by pressing [Enter] on this file
2. Select File --> Export as PDF
3. Select PDF Options:
   a) Range: All
   b) Pictures: lossless compression
   c) Select "Export bookmarks"
   d) Select "Export comments"
   e) Initial view: Bookmarks and page
   f) Zoom: Fit for readability
4. Press the [Export] button
5. Press the [Save] button
6. On the "Properties" dialog press [Ok]
Export will start and next it will crash at 70%.

Error message: Due to an unknown error occurred LibreOffice failure. All files will be preserved. Etc.

Also NOT reproducible with "Oryginal document" and "LibreOffice 3.5.2.2 German UI/Locale [Build-ID: 281b639-6baa1d3-ef66a77-d866f25-f36d45f] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)

Test document for which crash is exhibit while exporting to PDF

I am afraid that I am going to mix things up a bit here:

[REPRODUCED]: "LibreOffice 3.5.2.2 - Windows 7 SP1 Professional
(32bit) Greek UI" - 281b639-6baa1d3-ef66a77-d866f25-f36d45f

*BUT* I was not able to reproduce on another system with the exact same settings!

All of my PCs are joined in an Active Directory. In all installations are made via group policy. Specifically my lan is a mixture of Win XP Pro, Vista Business, 7 Pro systems in a AD. At least 2-3 pc's exhibit this issue. I also had trouble opening a specific file, which I shall attach here on these systems.

Since I thought that this could be a result of a previous openoffice/libreoffice installation, on the system with the issue I uninstalled LibO using revouninstaller, and at the end of the main uninstall process I made sure that revo deleted all leftover registry keys and files/directories. Then I made a new installation of LibO 3.2.2: issue still persisted.

I also deleted the per-user files (the entire %APPDATA%\Libreoffice directory). Result: issue still persists.

Summarizing:

* All PCs have LibO installed with 3.5.2 via group policy
* Problem is exhibited in both domain user accounts on the same system, as well as local administrator ones
* With the same Windows version some PCs exhibit this, whereas others do not
* On the problematic systems, even a fully clean install of LibO did not resolve the issue
* On the problematic systems, even a fully clean install of LibO did not resolve the issue

I am afraid that this will be a tad difficult to solve...
Comment 7 Michail Pappas 2012-05-30 04:01:33 UTC
Forgot to mention that on problematic systems, issue is exhibited even under 3.5.3
Comment 8 bfoman (inactive) 2012-06-04 04:03:08 UTC
Checked with:
LO 3.5.4.2
Build ID: own W7 debug build
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit

Could not reproduce.
Comment 9 Rainer Bielefeld Retired 2012-06-24 00:28:31 UTC
NOT reproducible with "Test document for which crash is exhibit while exporting to PDF" and "LibreOffice 3.5.5.1 German UI/Locale [Build-ID: c9944f7-48b7ff5-0507789-54a4c8a-8b242a8] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)

We can't fix a problem only reproducible on 1 PC.

@Grzegorz Skoczylas
You should try a parallel installation using it's own user profile due to <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel>, rename user profile for your normal installation, fresh new installation, ...

Please feel free to reopen this bug if your results might bring up any hope to get your problem reproducible for other users.
