Until last version I tested before MinGW builds did no launch silently.
Now the latest one fails with message that libpixman-1-0.dll would be missing - new installation is recommended in message box

It should not be too difficult to get that dll into the build.
I copied the file from an older 3.5 build (2012-01-07_22.47.04) and then build from "master~2012-04-26_00.37.10_LibO-Dev_3.6.0alpha0_Win_x86_install-arc_en-US.tar.gz" started without problems.
But it's unusable because of completely broken UI
You will find the .dll attached for your own tests

I wrote a wrong bug number in commit message, so it was http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=44d470c71740a6679b154eeec6af7bf352748c16
