Problem description: The drop-down is not shown when font size button is in vertical bar.
I personally don't know if it's a bug, but I personally mis it.
At the screen shot that is attached you can see what my setup is for the toolbars.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Move the font size button to a vertical place.
2. Click on the font size button.
3. See what happens.

Current behavior: Nothing

Expected behavior: A dropdown or a pop-up
