Was a clear thick line, now a small light block.

OK in Build ID: a04fee7-4d74905-6299bf6-879ce36-4c023a 
not OK in Build ID: 290654c-042f74a-6299bf6-879ce36-186d9e

NB: after dragging the cursor is placed one cell to high.

Cor, I don't see this in my builds. Can you please attacha  screenshot and a clear description how to reproduce it.

I just tried with a spreadsheet I recievd from someone else ... cannot reproduce it there.

See the thick line in the third picture. That one is missing.

Simple: select a row, and drag is with Alt-left mouse.
