The QA call on 2012-04-20 concluded that MozTrap is the way to go:

so this is about setting up and configuring a MozTrap instance together with the TDF admin and the LibreOffice QA teams, replacing the current Litmus instance at https://tcm.documentfoundation.org/

I have a development environment and am communicating with Mozilla people for more details about hardware recommendation and existed problem. We might need some hacking to cater for our specific testing requirements.

I will probably arrange time to deploy this :)
