The document not displaying correctly

Problem description: RTF import does not honor page margins (\marg*) and new section is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document in Libre Office 3.5.2.2

Current behavior:
- Default page margins are shown
- Text and tables in new section are not shown

Expected behavior:
- Page margins are set according to those set in the RTF document
- The contents of the new section are shown.

In Libre Office 3.4.4, the document is shown correctly.

Platform (if different from the browser): Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0

Reproducible in master (Build ID: f1005e5) which only one table while LO 3.4.6 shows 4 tables on 2 pages (2 tables by page).

Miklos it is one for you. Please, feel free to reassign if you can't handle this bug.

Margins worked with 3.4.5, so REGRESSION

Can you please submit an additional report for the section problem with reference to the sample here?
