Problem description: 
volunteer translators please ask to have given any language as an installer, would be at 134 mb instead of 202 mb, windows. so it would be much better.

It was decided before releasing LibreOffice 3.3 that we go for the multi language single pack on Windows platform. We spare a lot of space on mirrors and on build servers, and we spare bandwidth when distributing the builds. Feel free to build and distribute your own installers.

would be better to separate languages, would be less installers.
