the invalid office:graphics instead of office:drawing problem was
introduced by 68f7b2f27364cf3c8c8cc0f25c9929fccbb9bc06
and fixed by dc0f9dab100ce02a8c2a275f5f53187bb0df0976

what happens here is that loading the bugdoc with its 2 embedded
Draw documents, and saving it, will just take over the embedded
documents as they were in the original file, so the saved
document doesn't validate.

but when you "Edit" the 2 embedded objects and then save, the
problem is gone, because then the embedded objects are really
saved and not just copied.

so the problem was really fixed in 3.5.0
