The Print button directly prints the current document. Could it be replaced by the non-direct print button? Hitting the button by mistake is bad for the environment. The user might also want to customize some settings before printing.

I know I can, I'm concerned about the default. Printing can't be undone and I don't like to print stuff by accident (due to a misclick or due to thinking the button is indirect print).

4.4 is fine, 4.3.4 was fine too. I would put the preview button before the print button though.
That's getting pretty nit-picky but if you want to report a new request suggesting that. If you do please set the component to ux-advise as they'd be the one handling it. Thanks

Hiding default direct print and adding the non-direct print dialog .uno command to Standard menu was reasonable and was completed as bug 74455. Previewing is generally done before printing, not after. Hence the logical order would be to have preview button before print button.

As the current default view of a document is print layout view, which shows the pages exactly like how it would be printed, it isnt generally done before printing as it once was when the default document view was normal view, like in Word 2003. And with print preview not being available in Impress and Draw, putting it before Print wouldnt be preferable.
