Description vmasilva 2012-05-15 04:54:00 UTC
Problem description:

Using Portuguese eID middleware, to use Portuguese identity card (smartcard), it's not possible to sign documents in WINDOWS 7 OS.
URL portuguese eID middleware: http://www.cartaodecidadao.pt/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=102&Itemid=44&lang=pt

I think that the problem is in LibreOffice Minidriver implementation, cause i can use this feature withou any problem in Windows XP (Windows XP uses CSP to manage smart cards, Windows 7 uses Minidriver instead)

This portuguese middleware works correctly with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer (Applications that use Minidriver)

Steps to reproduce:
1. In LibreOffice Writer (as example)
2. File -> Digital Signatures: Digital Signatures Dialog will appear
3. Click on "Sign Document" - A list of personal certificates will appear (atach: 2-certificates_list)
4. If we click on "View Certificate", The Tab "General" will be presented as blank. It should present the certificate information (attach: 3-view_certificate_blank) all the other tabs are correctly shown.
5. After select the right certificate, i click on sign, and ther is presente an arror mesage. (attach: 4-required_driver)

Current behavior:
- Certificates information are not presented.
- The document is not signed.

Expected behavior:
- The certificate should be presented.
- Document should be signed

Platform (if different from the browser):
Windows 7 32 bits.

Browser: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0)

This is a Windows issue, therefore changed the Platform field accordingly.

Hello vmasilver, *,
would you be so kind to test it on a newer version of LO than 3.5.3, please? Does your issue still occurs there? The link you posted to your middleware only gives an 404 error ... :(
Sorry for the inconvenience
Thomas.

Hello vmasilva, *,
would you be so kind to answer my question from comment 3, please? Changing from keyword "Needinfo" to status "NEEDINFO" as well, as I was to to use it instead of keyword ... :(
Sorry for the inconvenience
Thomas.
