Problem description: 

Unable to paste into a form field

Steps to reproduce:
1. copy or cut data from one text field
2. Try to paste into another text field.  It does not show up.

Current behavior:

On paste, the field just remains blank.

Expected behavior:

Cut or copied text should appear in the field when pasted.

Platform (if different from the browser): 
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_8) AppleWebKit/534.57.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1.7 Safari/534.57.2
