Screenshot LibO in WinXP

Problem description: 
All toolbars and main menu panel is huge on Windows XP SP3. All fonts and icons is normal.
On Windows 7 SP1 all ok.

Steps to reproduce:
Simple install and run. LibO 3.5.2 has this bug too.

I have seen a similar issue today but under Windows 7, using a non-standard theme- I wonder if your problem goes away when you switch to the default XP theme.
