Tooltip on Navigator window

Tooltip  has not been modified to "Comment" from ”Note" in Navigator and Navigation window.
Please see attached png file.

How to reproduce the problem.

1. Create new Text document.
2. [F5] key push. Then Navigator window open.
3. Click [Navigation] button on Navigator window.
4. Tooltip is "Note" on the fifth button from the left of the bottom row.
5. This "Note" button click.
6. Tooltip is "Previous Note" and "Next Note" on button to the right of the navigation button.

I think should be modified to "Comment" from "Note".
