how bug appears and can be overcome (2 pages .odp)

After downsizing an imported image (anchored as a character), text below this image keep its position before image resizing, leaving a gap at the image bottom.
This can be solved adding a <space> after the resized image

(Win XP 32 SP3 professional edition)

A good way out of this situation. I did cut / paste.
The error I see in version 3.5.6.2 and 3.6.2.2, WinXP 32-bit SP3 prof.
