We have a problem with the Wiki. The wiki, with https:// prefix don't know if it makes a difference, is loading very slowly. Also, at times it is not loading all of the layout. A screenshot is available here: http://adf.ly/AWgm8
Works here and for others that I have contacted.
Not for me! Sometime it works "sufficient" (not better), most time it's a pain. Not a Database problem or similar (IMHO), at least no problems with <http://www.libreoffice.org/>, that works fine. Bad with FF, IE (up to date) Seamonkey works even much worse, so there might be a Browser related component I now am watching <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details#WWW> for 5 minutes an loading still has not terminated
Florian found some problems (website@global.libreoffice.org): > it seems our CA (certificate authority) has technical issues at the moment. So we should leave this one open to show other users suffering from problem that the problem is known.
This affects all DF and LO sites using SSL. It not only slows down loading but often makes the sites completely inaccessible (at least in Firefox where the verification is mandatory by default) because the OCSP server doesn't return a reply timely or sends invalid reply (The OCSP server returned unexpected/invalid HTTP data. - I got this right now on libreoffice.org, took 30 reloads to get the site finally loaded). This is because StartCom is dirt cheap and doesn't invest in its underpowered server infrastructure that cannot cope with all the requests. Considering this is an ongoing long term problem it doesn't seem like they are going to put any money on it and fix it. Perhaps DF should use a different signing authority.
Seems to be resolved.
