Description Patrik Nilsson 2012-07-16 11:46:24 UTC
If I enter into A1: "abcd"

In A2 I want "ab", but a suggestion is made to enter "abcd".

Entering "enter" after "ab" selects "abcd".

While typing values from a paper into a spreadsheet, it is with annoyance I find these suggestions. Many times I have got wrong values into cells.

I want a way to disable this autocomplete.

I like auto-complete, but I run into this annoyance ALL the time. I wish there was a way around it (e.g. cycle through suggestions by hitting tab)

Anything like GtkComboBoxEntry would be great!
