Writer doesn't have support for numbering like: fist, second, third ... and completely translatable.

Comparative with other products:  MS Word have support with this kind of numbering including using numbers names like one, two, three ...

I do not consider this one a duplicate of bug 52048. 
Such a general solution for user-defined numbering probably has a long time to go. It's much easier and more practical to solve common requests like this one.
Even MSO up to 2016 doesn't have user-defined numbering like this, but it has common ones: One, Two...; First, Second...; 1st, 2nd...
