In the Report-Builder you could show fields dependent on some conditions. There is no possibility to choose the condition of the number of the page. Could be this is an enhancement. See the attachment https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=64675 and open the report Show_dependent_on_Pagecount_impossible.

Bug still exists with LO 5.1.0.2, OpenSUSE 42.1 Leap, 64bit rpm Linux. You could write down PageCount()=1 for every field or group. Function would be ignored while showing the content.
