Please start it from within Terminal, to see whether it outputs anything to stderr. If you have installed LibreOffice to /Applications, say, run "/Applications/LibreOffice.app/Contents/MacOS/soffice" from a Terminal window.

Please also note "Various problems with bundled extensions" at <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/index.php?title=ReleaseNotes/3.6#Most_annoying_bugs> and the workaround suggested there.

Hi,

it says the following:

UNO Exception: InvalidRegistryException: file:///Applications/LibreOffice.app/Contents/MacOS/../share/extensions/NLPSolver/components.rdb: duplicate <implementation name="com.sun.star.comp.Calc.NLPSolver.DEPSSolverImpl">

Please see "Various problems with bundled extensions" at <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/index.php?title=ReleaseNotes/3.6#Most_annoying_bugs> for a workaround ("On Mac OS X, in a Terminal window enter “rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/LibreOffice/3/user/extensions”.")
