PNG File which explains the behaviour mentioed above.

Problem description:

When we create .xlsx file, and format the cell with different fonts, and save and close, while reopening, the font settings are changed. All the cells with one font.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Calc. Select one cell and input some text. Format it with " Arial Font"
2. Select another Cell and input some text and format that cell with another font, say - Comic Sans.
3. Save the file as .xlsx format and close the file.

4. Reopen the saved file and check the fonts.
Current behavior:

When we create .xlsx file, and format the cell with different fonts, and save and close, while reopening, the font settings are changed. All the cells with one font.

Pls find the attached file for your Ref.

Expected behavior:

Should save as we formatted.

reproducible with LO 3.6.4.3. (Win7 Home, 64bit)

I can confirm this strange bug with LO 3.6.4.3. If you open the xlsx file again with LO then all the text has the same font (Arial?). But if you open it in Excel 2007 then it shows the fonts correctly.
If you open afterwards the file again in LO and add in another cell any text with a third different font and save it, then LO will after opening it again not show the fonts correctly, but also in Excel 2007 only the last text will be shown correctly, but no more the text entered before, which was before shown correctly.

I think this bug is rather more important therefore I changed the importance from medium normal to medium critical.

This bug was one I hadn't noticed until now and it appears to have been fixed in the nightly Dev builds recently.

I have an old version of LibreOfficeDev nightly build:
Version: 4.2.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 6f86d931b4266d00fec75c0124ac9fc3026a4f1b
TinderBox: Win-x86@6, Branch:master, Time: 2013-07-02_23:36:17

and it imports everthing from my problematic file as I expected.

I had found the bug under Windows 7 Professional 32-bit
(Version 4.0.3.3 (Build ID: 0eaa50a932c8f2199a615e1eb30f7ac74279539))
then searched to find this bug report, and it's that version that I'd used to save the file that opened properly in LibODev.

For now I've marked this as RESOLVED/FIXED but it would be good to get confirmation from anyone else that the very latest Dev build works for them too.

The latest nightly builds, set up as Libre Office Dev so that they don't over-write your existing stable install of Libre Office are at:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/
I think the most recent Windows 32-bit Dev build is in the subdirectory
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-X86@42/current/
