A screenshot of the error

Problem description:
When printing a presentation based on some of the default designs the background is small. It only is on the preview-screen. The print itself is correct.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create presentation and select a default design (for example sunset)
2. Go to File->Print

Current behavior:
The preview-screen has a small part of the background. The rest is white.
If there is text it also doesn't appear.

Expected behavior:
The preview-screen should show the background.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1

I am unable to confirm this with Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: dfd474710f959dcf78038deb990c3618b467ec6) running on Bodhi Linux.

Marking as WORKSFORME. Rob can you test on later build and see if you still see a problem? If you do can you open it back up as UNCONFIRMED. Thanks!

The error displayed

Please do not set the status to worksforme when only 1 person says it works for him. When multiple people say it works then that can be set.

As you can see in the screenshot it still doesn't work correctly in the 4.1-master. I'll try with 4.0-beta later when I can install it.
Comment 3 Joel Madero 2012-12-09 17:04:00 UTC
Thanks for reopening it. Sorry for marking as WORKSFORME but if we wait for confirmation for every WFM we'll have twice as many UNCONFIRMED bugs laying around -- it already takes way too long to get one person to triage a bug let alone to have two look at it.

I'll bring this up during our QA call on Friday but in general I think that if one person can see that it works, marking WFM and asking the reporter to retest seems like a fine solution.

Thanks again for opening it back up

Nope, can't confirm it either...
Tested with latest 4.1 master (LibreOffice Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: 92afb61d8bb1b264a945371065115981ecaed0f))

Rob... maybe I'll see you around on IRC so we can discuss this bug (what do do next? Still reproducible etc). I'll leave this bug UNCONFIRMED
Comment 5 Jorendc 2013-01-11 18:11:26 UTC
@Rob: sorry, I think I forgot to ask on IRC for this bug. Is this bug still present in Ubuntu? I still can't reproduce, neither on Ubuntu nor Mac OSX.
Comment 6 Marco Menardi 2013-01-11 22:42:49 UTC
I've the suspect that bug #59259 could be possibly related (something wrong with some master pages).
Comment 7 Marco Menardi 2013-01-13 11:04:09 UTC
Can confirm with Beta1 (since with RC1 under GNU/Linux it freezes) under XP.
Comment 8 Rob Snelders 2013-05-26 16:38:43 UTC
It doesn't happen anymore with 4.1.0-beta1 here.

Marco: Does it still happen with you on 4.1.0-beta1?
Comment 9 Rob Snelders 2013-09-30 20:04:07 UTC
Marco: can you please check. I checked it and it still doesn't happen here anymore with LO 4.1.1.2 on Ubuntu 13.04 x86_64
Comment 10 retired 2013-09-30 22:12:16 UTC
Rob, any chance for an example document to test this?
Comment 11 Rob Snelders 2013-10-04 18:31:07 UTC
As it doesn't happen anymore, no I haven't. It happened at that time with new documents.
Comment 12 Jorendc 2013-10-04 22:02:22 UTC
lets mark it as such :).

kind regards,
Joren
