Here's what happened when I installed, and attempted to run, LibreOffice 3.6. I am running Win7 Home Premium, 4GRam, Intel processor T4400, 2.20 Ghz; Machine is Asus K50Ij Laptop. I have installed this product twice, and attempted to open it the same number of times. Evidently others are not having the same problem, because it's still "up" and available for download. Marking as NEEDINFO. We need to know if this is a clean install or a upgrade. Also, have you tried backing up user settings and then deleting them so that LibO gets fresh config? If that corrects the problem then something strange is going on with your user settings which we'll have to track down and identify. Please reopen as UNCONFIRMED once you get the information requested posted. Thanks
