Description Bruno Leroux 2012-08-24 13:03:06 UTC
When editing master page, main text area size is lost after saving file (Not saved or reset)

It's very easy to reproduce :
- open Impress
- go to master page edition
- resize the text area
- save the file (otp or odp)
- open it
- insert a new slide
-> the text area size is the default one not the saved one
-> the text area size in master page is the default one

Tested platforms : Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04
LibreOffice versions : 3.5.4, 3.5.5, 3.6.1.1

This bug is a major one as it make working with templates difficult and it doesn't help when trying to convince people to migrate from powerpoint to Impress ;-)

I can confirm the error; I've been working with a presentation, and every time I open it I have to resize the Master View text area size.

Same problem with LibreOffice 3.6.2.2

This was originally reported in bug 34987. I ask that 55720, 53340, and 54005 be merged into 34987.

I also updated the version to 3.6.2.2 as the issue affects the present release.
