test file for sorting error when defining range

when i define a data range (MENU data / define range), sorting with "sorting icon" from GUI does not recognize column labels.

this does not happen when there is no range defined...

Pls. test it with attached file

It seems that the problem occurs when there is a column with an empty header.
I do not reproduce the problem if I define a range C1:D8 in your test file.
@reporter: could you test on your side?

If my guess is correct, so it is a duplicate of bug 54382.
