Problem description: 
I have 2 logins on my system an administrator account and a normal user
account.  Libreoffice 3.6 starts normally in the administrator account but
gives the following error when I try to start it in the normal user account.

Unhandled exception
Invalid registry exception
File:///C:/program%20files%20(x86)/Libreoffice%203.6/program/../share/extensions/NLP
solver/components.rdb:duplicate
<lmplimantation
name-"com.sun.star.comp.calc.NLPSolver.DEPSSolver.Impl">

After clicking the OK button

Runtime Error
Program: C:\program files(x86)\Libreoffice 3.6\program\office.bin

This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team..etc

I have reverted to version 3.5 which works with no errors.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a system with 2 accounts 1 Admin and one normal
2.Install Libreoffice Version 3.6.0.4 (Build ID: 932b512)
3. It should worlk as normal in the admin account then try to start in the normal account.

Current behavior:as detailed above

Expected behavior:start normally
