A.m. site offers 3.3 by default, I doubt that there has not been any progress for that language?
<http://ar.libreoffice.org/download/> also offers 3.6.1 and 3.5.6

Well, the summary was a little imprecise 

@Mas:
Don't you think that the 3.3.4 / 3.4.3 combination at the top of the page is at least strange /  in need of an explanation
