Hello

Steps to reproduce:

1. open attached file 
contains conditional formatting in A1 "cell value is equal to STYLE(A1"

2. File> Page Preview

Actual result: preview will flicker 
Expected results: the screen does not flicker

Workaround : disable Tools> Cell contents> AutoCalculate

This bug is old (already in OOo)

Platform: Version 3.6.2.1 (Build ID: ba822cc) & Windows 7 64bits

I can confirm the flickering in
Version 4.0.0.0.beta2 (Build ID: 4104d660979c57e1160b5135634f732918460a0)
on Ubuntu 12.04 (x86)

In my case the preview flickers maybe once a second

Reproducible with LO 4.3.2.2 (Win 8.1)

The issue is in relation with the use of STYLE() function inside conditional format. Not using it in there solves the issue.

Marked this as duplicate there are more related comment in the other even being newer.
