please look youtube video, libreoffice calc dont know the absolute relation to cells: http://youtu.be/KMdN0EA3pq8
(Bug not yet confirmed, reset Status to UNCONFIRMED as appropriate.)
why is the bug unconfirmed?
Because it was not yet confirmed by an independent reviewer ;-) Believe it or not, it takes some time to reproduce a bug, check for duplicates, etc. ...
Thank you very much for your enhancement request, especially for the nice screencast! Confirmed the behaviour visible in the screencast with LibreOffice 3.6.2.2 and with a current Master build (LOdev 3.7.0.0.alpha0+; build ID: 1ae1bca; pull time: 2012-10-09 04:37:06). There are two issues here: 1) If you enter a formula and click on some named cell, LibreOffice inserts the address of the cell you clicked on into the formula; but it would be preferrable that it inserted the name of the named cell instead, just like Excel does. 2) As the screencast shows, the calculation of the derived cells below works different in LibreOffice Calc than in MS Excel. Do you mean this by “libreoffice calc dont know the absolute relation to cells”? While (1) is obviously a valid enhancement request, (2) is not evident; could you (because you seem to have more experience here) please explain in detail why the behaviour of LibreOffice Calc is wrong, i.e. why you would expect that Calc should behave like Excel here? (OK, maybe this is a very stupid question, but it is always good to know exactly what exact behaviour the reporter of a bug expects ;-) Thank you in advance!
Hi, yes this would be a great feature! I was just realizing how much of a pain it is to type it in instead of clicking on the cell to retrieve its name! What version will this be added to? Hopefully the upcoming 4.0 release!

I think there are enough informations now!
Confirmed behaviour as an indipendent observer... :-)
If we click on a single cell while entering a formula, it should use the cell's name in case of a named cell. If we select a range, then it should ignore the named cell and use the cell range only. Is this how it is supposed to behave?
Changing priority back to 'medium' since the number of duplicates is lower than 5
