Steps how to reproduce with  "LibreOffice 3.6.3.1 English UI/ German Locale [Build-ID: f8fce0b] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit):

1. Menu 'Help -> Help -> Contents -> Text Documents -> Command and Menu Ref. ->
   Menus -> Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages'
2. Check Help page:
   Expected: Help for "Date Acceptance Patterns" after "Default currency" before
             "Default languages for documents"
   Actual: No help available.
