The LibO installation procedure with separate Help packages is a little unusual and should be mentioned on "Installation of LibreOffice" to avoid bug reports like Bug 56445
I have taken this one to the marketing team so that we can take a look at it and place the mention in the right place. Marc [1] http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.documentation.libreoffice.marketing/6431

Done. I used the following text for the Win and Mac pages: "A reminder that, in addition to the "Main Installer", you will have to download the "LibreOffice built-in help" package which is separate from the "Main Installer". You can use LibreOffice without this package, however, it will then go to the "Help" page on our website instead. A separate "Help" package makes it possible to keep the "Main Installer" significantly smaller for downloading purposes." I used the following text for the Linux pages. The reason is that it was not written up in the same way the Win/Mac pages were written. "At this point, you may also want to to install the "LibreOffice built-in help" package which is separate from the installation package. You can use LibreOffice without this package, however, it will then go to the "Help" page on our website instead. A separate "Help" package makes it possible to keep the installation package significantly smaller for downloading purposes." Cheers, Marc
