Description jkonecny 2012-11-02 12:15:37 UTC
I have an xlsx file opened under 3.6.3.2 and the conditional formatting appears to incorrectly justify the cell contents. I have attached a screen shot with the problem circled and the original file.

The style ConditionalStyle_3 applied by the conditional formatting does not say that values in the cell must be center aligned. What this style says in MSO ?

Best regards. JBF

I would have to assume is says to center justify since that is what it does however I am only able to look at it with ms excel viewer. I may have to download mso to check for sure unless someone else reading here has it.

Perhaps the cells are center justified and the conditional formatting is overriding it?

I just checked the cell format and the alignment is set to "center". The conditional formatting specifies "default". I would expect that to leave the cell alignment as it was. Apparently that is what excel is doing.

I can confirm this behavior with LO 4.0.4.2 (Win7 32bit).

Similar with Bug 49572:
Excel made style, which is applied on conditional formatting, replaced with "ConditionalStyle_X" by LO.
In that "ConditionalStyle_X" we see 'Default' horizontal allignment which should center (in Excel) but shown right alligned in LO.

Bug 65072: looks like similar issue with different problem (fonts)

Perhaps also related to filesave problem in Bug 59346 & Bug 65371 (if saving as XLSX)

Problem gone in LO 4.2.5.2 and 4.3.0.1 - Ubuntu 12.04 x86.
