Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....download file from email
2. ....click to open with LibreOffice
3. ....

Current behaviour: top tabs missing (tool bar buttons)

Expected behaviour: top tabs should be their, open and close some other programs tabs and the Office ones will sometimes appear.

Can you please tell us which Distribution you are using and which version of that distribution? Please do in bug 56625
