Calc refuses to retain the row height set, so I have to reformat my Calc row heights every time I reopen the spreadsheet. It's very annoying, because I can't work normally.

Reproduced on 3.6.0.2, but release was 3.6.0.4 on which I cannot reproduce the bug.
