Testcase that shows the effect of the different empy bitmap handling

Problem description:
The default empty bitmap fill for an area is not consistent on all OS. On Ubuntu its black on Mac and Win its white. In OpenOffice its always white.

This is a interoperability problem: If a user creates a text-box on Win/Mac it looks good. If he opens the document on Ubuntu the text-box has suddenly a black background. The other way around (Ubuntu→Win/Mac) it works.

I have not tried to reproduce it on other Linux distributions then Ubuntu.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new slide or document on Windows or Mac.
2. Make a text-box, add some text.
3. Edit 'Area'. Under 'Fill' choose 'Bitmap' → 'Blank'
4. Save the document.
5. Open the Document on Ubuntu.

I attached testcase to illustrate the problem.

Current behavior:
On Ubuntu (all LO versions) the fill is black on Win and Mac the fill is white. In OpenOffice the fill is always white.

Expected behavior:
Same empty bitmap fill on every OS.

Platform (if different from the browser):
Ubuntu (all)

Seems to open correctly with 4.2 master build and 4.1 RC1 using Bodhi Linux
