docx 2007 file

the joined file can't be opened on windows (LO 3.5.5.3)
message "General I/O error"

on linux 3.5.4
it loads, but layout is totally meesed up

on master, it opens, but looses 1st page

Pdf created using feature/docx-frame-export branch

Confirmed on master.

But the "position cannot be determined with this method" is known to me: I had to fix this for docx frame export support (see sw/unoframe.cxx getPosition method).

And indeed, using feature/docx-frame-export the document shows up almost correctly (see attached pdf).
