Video showing resizing and scrolling problems with wide columns

After loading a spreadsheet with a column which is wider than the window, it is impossible to use the mouse to resize the column. It is also impossible to scroll left using the scrollbar.

Reproducibility: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a spreadsheet with a column which is wider than the window. (Easy to reproduce with CSV files by exploiting Bug 53026.)

2. Scroll to the right using the horizontal scrollbar using any of the usual ways (dragging the drag box, clicking on the track, or clicking on the arrow). One of four things will happen:

2a. The window will scroll a little bit farther within the wide column, in which case repeat from Step 2 to trigger the bug.

2b. The window will scroll to the end of the column plus a little bit farther, in which case try resizing the column to make it as narrow as possible by dragging the column slider to the left. Then scroll left, and repeat from Step 2 to trigger the bug.

2c. The window will scroll a little bit *past* the end of the wide column. You've now triggered the first problem: it's now impossible to resize the wide column by dragging (since the border between it and the next column is never exposed).

2d. The window will scroll a *lot* past the end of the wide column -- so much so that it skips past the following column. You've now triggered the first problem described in Step 2d above, as well as a second problem: it's impossible to resize or even view the column to the right of the wide column.

3. Once you've triggered the first problem in Step 2c or Step 2d above, try to scroll left using the horizontal scrollbar using any of the usual ways (dragging the drag box, clicking on the track, or clicking on the arrow). This action has no effect; the scroll bar doesn't change and the window doesn't scroll.

The attached video demonstrates all three problems (inability to resize the wide column, right scroll skipping over the following column, and inability to scroll left).

Still reproducible with LibreOffice 6.3.1.1 on openSUSE Tumbleweed, though with slightly different behaviour. I'm no longer able to trigger the bad behaviour described in Step 2d of my original report, though I can still trigger the bad behaviour described in Step 2c. Also, once Step 2c is triggered, I can scroll neither left nor right by clicking in the track of the horizontal scrollbar. (Previously, I think it was impossible only to scroll right.)

Still reproducible with LibreOffice 7.1.5.2 on openSUSE Tumbleweed.

Still present (and annoying) in LibreOffice 7.3.4.2 (Fedora 36).
