Pasting text or objects does not work for 5-10 seconds after copying if it is needed to paste text in another (non-LO) application (e.g. notepad, browser or Skype). Copy-paste in the same LO window or another LO component works fine.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Copy any text/cell in Writer, Calc or Impress.
2. Go to a window of another app. 
3. Try to paste. (Ctrl+V) Nothing happens. (In Skype you will get the popup message that it is impossible to access the clipboard.)
4. Wait 5-10 seconds. Press Ctrl+V. Text is pasted as expected.

I could not reproduce this bug either.  If this is still a bug for you please change status back to UNCONFIRMED and provide more information if possible.
