Description kiwihurst 2012-12-04 07:21:38 UTC
Problem description:
LibreOffice Writer spell checker not working under Linux Mint 14, 64-bit. (new installation, all updates done)

LibreOffice version ...

Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2))

Steps to reproduce:
Create any document and type misspelled words. The words are not tagged as incorrect and the Spell Check tool (F7) brings up a dialog box saying the "Spellcheck is complete" without identifying errors.

Tool language options seem to be appropriate and selected. (Hunspell Spellchecker + UK and US dictionarys)

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:

Operating System: Linux (Other)

I am pretty sure that this one is a DUP of an older Spellcheck "no document language selected" bugs.

@kiwihurst@orcon.net.nz:
I doubt that that problem is limited to Writer.
Please attach a small sample document.
