Problem description: 
When I activate "Fit to frame" (Textbox) - nothing happens. SHIFT+CTRL+F8 doesnt work anymore either.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a Textbox (F2)
2. Type some text
3. Right click - Choose "Text..."
4. Deselect "Height to text"
5. Choose "Frame to text"

6. Nothing happened

7. When I use SHIFT+CTRL+F8 = It doesnt "fit to frame" anymore (that workaround worked at least in 3.6.x)

Thanks. We have two problems here. I tested with Windows 7 x64.

== First Problem ==
The "Fit to frame" option doesn't work.
This is reproducible with both 3.6.3.2 and 4.0.0.0.beta1.

Steps: see comment 0, steps 1-6.
Expected: text in textbox will fit to frame
Actual: nothing happened

Ah, I found that this is the old unfixed bug 34467 => we will *not* tackle with this issue in this ticket.


== Second Problem ==
The "Shift+Ctrl+F8" doesn't work.
This is reproducible with 4.0.0.0.beta1, but *not* in 3.6.3.2 => regression

Steps: see comment 0, steps 1, 2, and 7.
Expected: text in textbox will *not* appear outside textbox region.
Actual: text in textbox appears outside textbox region.

We will deal with this bug in this ticket.
Change status to NEW. Adjust subject.
