Created attachment 71658 [details] Spreadsheet with conditional formatting loss. Some areas ok others with partial or total loss. Problem description: I use conditional formatting extensively in my spreadsheets as indicators. I just updated from 3.5.7 to 3.6.4 but the new version seems to be losing the conditional formats. When I quit Friday, everything was as it should be, but when I opened the workbook on Monday morning, things were not as I left them. I have also noticed other instabilities in the conditional formatting with this version. Overall it seems to "forget" or "lose" the formatting in an inconsistent manner. Steps to reproduce: See the attached spreadsheet. See "Quantity" sheet. This served as the template that was used to make sheet "A1". Please note the following: - If a "1" is entered in cell E52, N133:N214 turns blue indicating that it is active - If the value of cells G134, H134, and I134 are all greater than 1, the row turns blue indicating that it is active ---Each row works the same way 1. Copied "Quantity" sheet and named copy "A1" 2. Worked on "A1" sheet on Friday and the formatting was as it should be 3. Saved sheet Friday afternoon 4. Powered off computer 5. Powered on computer on Monday morning 6. Started working on "A1" sheet and realized that the conditional formatting was missing in some places. Current behavior: Unstable conditional formatting. Expected behavior: Stable conditional formatting. Operating System: Windows 7
Same (or similar) problem here... I just changed over to xubuntu and installed a new version (libreCalc 3.6.2.2) I had the following experience: 1. All my conditional formating seemed to be gone. 2. As I added it back in, some of it reappeared. 3. Changes to one cells conditional formating have now started to affect other cells. An example of 3: Currently I am stuck in a situation where I have two cells on the same sheet with conditional formatting. One needs to reference the same sheet (Cell value is)(not equal to)(K51) and the other needs to refference a different sheet (Cell value is)(not equal to)(Master.T23) Unfortunetly, the two cells seem to have part of their conditional formatting linked. When I change the second one to (Master.T23) the other one changes from (K51) to (Master.T51). When I try to change it back to (K51) the first cell changes back for (Master.T23) to (K23). I would guess at something wierd in the data structures. Interference like this only happens on the same sheet of a multisheet spreadsheet document if that helps narrow it down.

Have a look at the range of your conditional formats in Formats->Conditional Formatting->Manage. We switched to range based conditional formats in 3.6
This is just a duplicate of the problem that the conditional format range is not updated when copying sheets. Is already fixed in master and patch is waiting for review. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 56742 ***
