OS : Windows 7

When...
Creating a new pivot table.

What...
Table formatting (black-and-thick cell borders) is drawn for the initial table layout.
When layout shrinks (Edit layout... menu option) formatting is only updated on cells used by the new layout, leaving cells no longer used by pivot table formatted as a pivot table when actually they are not.

And...
First cells bellow row fields headers (*) are also formatted as a header (raised borders and an arrow on the right end of the cell to click) when they are not headers. Clicking on these cells' arrows doesn't show filter/sorting facilities (OK) because actually they are not headers (even when they are rendered as so)

(*) Only first two row fields. For example, a third one is properly rendered (only header is drawn as header)

I think it is a duplicated of this fixed.
