- past picture, anchor to paragraph, drag it in front of text

  bla bla bla bla

  bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla

- picture is selected
- press ESC to bring focus to text
- user arrow left or so to move through text ...
  > indent of picture changes, cursor does not move in text

in 3.6.4, after pressing ESC, the cursor/focus was right of the picture and one could use the arrow keys as normal

fixed in 4.0 beta 2 by 2ab2046fe7d939be02649b1c69f571cb19f9aeaa
so this is related to bug 58142 though i'm not sure if calling it
a duplicate is appropriate.
