120015.msg - The file as sent in the attachment

A .msg file was sent to me as an attachment in an e-mail. The Unix "file" utility identified it as "Composite Document File V2 Document, No summary info". But LibreOffice does not detect the format and presents me an unsorted list of file formats, when I tried to open the file.
1. LibreOffice should detect, be able to read and render files in this format, it's opened by MS.
2. The list of file formats shall be sorted. It is quite long, sorting it would fasten the user's selection.

it's probably a proprietary mail format used by Outlook:

LO does not contain a mail client so supporting such formats is out of scope.
